Pleated Wire Mesh Element

These are high surface area cartridges made of stainless steelmedia. Elements are washable and can be regenerated for reuse. This can be supplied in glued as well as all welded versions.

Sintered Wire Mesh Elements

These are multi layered sintered mesh elements used for critical and high temperature application to perform filtration at high differential pressure.

Sintered Fiber Element

These are Pleated element made up of metallic Fiber media by sintering. The media is in pleated form with support both upstream and downstream to the Media.

Disposable Pleated Element

Made of media like Polypropylene, Polyester, and Nylon in multi-layer pleated form. These elements are ideal for fine filtration with high efficiency and better dirt holding capacity.

Depth Filter Element

Made of melt-blown fibers of Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon and Spun to form a porous depth structure. These elements are ideal forcoarse to fine filtration.

String Wound Element

Made by winding of string over a rigid core to form a dense depth structure. Based on application, the element can be of different types of fiber material.

Sintered Powder Element

These are cylindrical elements made by sintering of metallic powder. The sintering process creates a high strength porous media which is capable of withstanding high differential pressure

Slotted Wedge Wire Element

Made of Wedge wire spirally wound on a core to create a slotted element. The slot width defines the micron rating of the filter. Due to all metallic construction the element is rigid and can withstand high differential pressure.

Air Filter Element

These elements are made of pleated cellulose resin impregnated media. These are used for removal of condensate, Aqueous Vapor, Aerosol Oil and Water, Dust, Pipe Scales, Oil vapors and Micro Organisms

High Flow Element

These are pleated large diameter elementsup to 6” diameter and up to 60” length. The Element has a high surface area and high dirt holding capacity. The flow is IN to OUT so the contaminant is retained inside the element.

Resin Bonded Element

Made of Synthetic Fibers impregnated and bonded with Phenolic resin to make rigid and porous cartridges. This has high dirt holding capacity due to its graded structure

Hydraulic Filter Element

Made from pleated media either metallic, glass fibre orPaper. The end caps are often glued or welded. These elements can be constructed in any dimension, configuration and material as per customer application/requirement.

Multi Mantle Filter

Filter with set of elements stacked together to form a combined element with high surface area. The main advantage of this kind of filters is that these elements can be dismantled for cleaning and inspection purposes.

Disc Filter

Made from sintered powder or sintered mesh that makes a rigid porous surface which can be used at wide range of temperatures. Available in various thicknesses and micron ratings.

Ceramic Cyclone Inserts

These are replaceable inserts in a Hydro cyclone. Made of high quality Alumina for high mechanical strength and Abrasion resistance.
